Valentino is sinner demon living in the Pride ring of Hell. He is a high ranking sinner and the film overlord.
He is charming, playful and seductive. He is one of the media controlling "Vees" and uses film studios in V tower to produce porn movies. He's creative and has a degree of artistic talent, but he has a tendency to be hyper-sexual that colors almost everything he does.
Val tries to come across as elegant, sexy and sophisticated as an 'overlord'. Under that veneer, though, Valentino is volatile, violent, cruel and childish. His first position of power was as a pimp, and he still keeps the same 'managerial style' in all of his business. All of his actors and all of the souls he owns (the venn diagram of those groups being practically a circle) are all treated as his stable of whores and are kept in line with physical and emotional abuse, whether or not he is actively prostituting them.
While he is not very well educated and is more than a little ditzy, Valentino has a lot of hard-earned street smarts and knows his business well. He can handle himself, but is much more functional and effective as part of the Vees, where his impulsivity and recklessness are kept somewhat at bay.

Valentino is a ten-foot-tall moth man. He has lilac colored skin that, on close inspection, is actually covered in a thick, soft, fuzz that tapers off at his forearms and calves. The exposed skin of his hands and feet is all black and has a covering of shorter, black velvet.
He has a thick collar of white, fur-like fluff around his neck that is patterned with red love hearts all around. He has long, delicate antennae. One antenna is soft and broad and is white with black hearts. The other is shorter and thinner, looking like it was damaged and only the black core remains.
Val has enormous, red moth wings that normally drape behind him, appearing to be a red velvet cape or cloak. The edges of the wings are covered in a thicker fluff, like his neck ruff, and seem black-and-white zebra patterned. He can manipulate the shape and appearance of his wings to wear them as a floor-length duster with long sleeves.
Val has pink eyes and sharp, pink teeth, with one gold cap. His tongue and saliva are a brighter, neon pink and his saliva and eyes are phosphorescent in low light.
He wears heart-shaped glasses with gold frames and pink lenses. He is legally blind without them.

Valentino died in Miami, Florida, in the 70s. He was on his own from an early age and fell into sex work almost naturally. He clawed, fought, and killed his way up the ladder to become a pimp and drug dealer with respect and powerful connections.
When he died, he had to start all over again. For Val, Hell at least felt like a familiar experience. He used what he knew and worked his way up. Joining Vox, the TV overlord, in a partnership helped Valentino be seen as a worthy member of the Pride ring's overlords, and not just a violent thug who had collected some souls under him. He still jumps to violence as the solution to most of his problems, but he is very slowly learning some things about diplomacy.
Now that that Velvette joined the Vees, it has actually started to feel like a fucked up little family for Val. He wishes Vox didn't have to go and ruin it.
